Sales Assistant

Stable Part-time role with fixed salary + super + Commission

30 Hours per week

Monday to Saturday with Friday off

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing exceptional administrative and campaign support to the lead sales agent

Conducting open homes and private inspections

Attending building inspections, bank valuations, and pre-sale appointments

Coordinating and managing marketing campaigns

Conduct market analysis and liaise with vendors on pricing and presentation

Coordinate trades, staging, photography and ad copy

Obtain vendor approval for marketing content and upload property ads

Order brochures and boards; liaise with vendors for approvals

liaise with Solicitors, Auctioneers and Creditors

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a current Agent's Representative Certificate (or Certificate IV in Property Services)

Is available to work Saturdays

Has experience in real estate administration and property advertising

Shows outstanding attention to detail and takes initiative

Is confident, organised, and thrives in a team environment

Has excellent communication and customer service skills

Can manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with ease

Is tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems

Has a current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
