RM Group is seeking 2 x skilled Industrial Maintenance Electricians to support fixed plant operations across 2 processing facilities. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment vital to the processing facility.

Permanent role earn up $160k + super, working rotating shifts, paying shift allowances and penalties. Earn up to $105p/h (potentially earn $1050 per day).

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to equipment faults and breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance in accordance with equipment specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with managers and mechanical maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate service records, comply with safety regulations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements for the role:

• Electrical License, A Grade Electrician
• Experience in industrial or agricultural plant maintenance preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical systems.
• Must have Drivers License
• PLC and VSD experience (advantageous)
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites and manage priorities effectively.
• Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance in an agricultural or food production environment.
