THE ROLE & YOU

You are a driven and experienced Foreman, confident leading major commercial projects and managing multiple trades on-site. You thrive in complex builds and enjoy being part of a collaborative, no-ego site team.

• 3+ years’ experience as a Foreman or Site Manager
• Experience delivering projects valued at $5M+
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
• Excellent communication and site coordination skills
• Proven ability to lead from the front and maintain quality + safety standards
• Strong client-facing skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Positive attitude – team player who contributes to a great culture
• Background in education, institutional or government builds is a big bonus
