The Opportunity
This is more than just a Branch Manager role — it’s a rare opportunity to launch and lead a brand-new operation here in Perth. If you’re a hands-on Leader ready to make your mark, drive growth, and build a high-performing team, this could be your next big move.
With nearly 20 others in the workshop already, the plan is to double those numbers in the next 12 months and you will be a big part of that process!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up and lead day-to-day operations of the newly built Perth facility
• Build strong client relationships in the mining and industrial sectors
• Oversee team performance, safety, compliance, and service delivery
• Drive growth whilst ensuring quality and operational excellence
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the branch's direction
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture grounded in strong values

What You Bring
You will be someone who is not only hands-on but also data-driven with excellent PC skills to back it up. You will be approachable and relatable to your people and confident in your ability to lead, motivate and grow a new team. Other skills you will need to bring to the table are:

• Leadership experience in a similar role (mining or heavy industry is ideal)
• Strong commercial and operational acumen
• Mechanical know-how and familiarity with heavy equipment (a bonus)
• A proactive mindset and commitment to safety, people, and results
• Full Australian working rights & able to pass a pre-employment medical
• Current drivers license
