About the Role

Support Disability Operations with finance and admin tasks. Complete financial assessments, manage client contracts, ensure claims match service delivery, and maintain data compliance to NDIS requirements.

Duties

- Assess budgets and quote services for new clients
- Set up and maintain client contracts
- Monitor NDIS plans, billing, and claims
- Align claims with delivered services
- Report to NDIS Commission with accuracy

Skills & Experience

- Admin or business qualification or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel: formulas, pivots, reporting
- Confident with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to resolve complex billing issues
- Experience in comparing data across multiple platforms
- Knowledge of disability services and/or NDIS
