Ray White Armidale is seeking a Property Manager to join our expanding team. Are you a proactive and organised professional with a passion for real estate and delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our expanding & dynamic team, managing a individual and well-maintained portfolio.

You’ll be working alongside our existing Property Management team in a supportive and team-focused environment. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, this role offers the opportunity to be part of a close-knit, professional team with access to ongoing training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing tenant and landlord relationships

Conducting routine inspections, ingoings, and outgoings

Coordinating maintenance and repairs

Ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures

Working closely within your team to deliver outstanding customer service

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in property management

A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

Strong communication and organisational skills

A team player with a proactive and positive attitude

A current driver's licence
