Short Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Admin Coordinator to support a busy local team with customer interaction, data entry, stocktaking, and admin reporting. Immediate start available on a flexible short-term basis.

About the Position
· Answer and manage incoming customer calls professionally
· Record and escalate quote enquiries and customer requests
· Issue standard quotes using Xero (training provided)
· Enter and tabulate production and stock data using Excel
· Conduct weekly stocktakes and compile summary reports
· Liaise with internal teams across sales, production, and procurement
· Provide general administrative support across departments
Key Responsibilities Include
· Manage customer calls and document enquiries accurately
· Prepare basic quotes and update records in Xero
· Capture and track shop floor data using Excel templates
· Complete weekly stock takes in outdoor conditions
· Assist with general administrative tasks and internal documents
· Coordinate daily workflow with sales, production, and admin teams
Skills and Experience Required
· Excellent phone manner and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail with clear and accurate data entry
· Basic proficiency in Excel (data entry, formatting, tabulation)
· Willingness to learn Xero and other internal systems
· Practical and adaptable with a can-do attitude
· Prior admin or customer service experience preferred
· PPE required: Hi-Vis Shirt and Safety Boots
