About the Role
As an Administration Officer, you’ll support operational efficiency through accurate data entry, customer service, and document management. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound customer communication via email and phone
Create service contracts and bookings based on customer requests
Accurately input data into admin systems
Perform regular administrative tasks including filing and archiving
Create and manage purchase orders and goods receipting
Process and code invoices in a timely manner
Meet daily, weekly, and end-of-month deadlines
Collaborate effectively with team members and attend team meetings
Skills and Experience Required
Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems preferred
Proficient in Gmail, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Adaptable with a willingness to learn
Strong customer service and team orientation
High standards of integrity and work ethics
