A day in the life…

The last Business Manager was with this Director for 5+ years & has achieved all they can in this position – they are moving out of industry to try something new!

  • Monday to Saturday with Friday off - Oversee the Business Unit, supervising two Sales Associates
  • Work closely with Vendors & maintain strong relationships, and ensure exceptional service and follow-ups
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, managing schedules of in-coming listings, photoshoots, styling, floorplans
  • Ensure marketing collateral is organised
  • Prepare and coordinate vendor reports, & listing presentation kits
  • Organize and coordinate property showings, open homes, pest & buildings inspections
  • Project manage refurbishments
  • No Buyer Calls or Warm Calls, Vendor Management only

What are we looking for.

  • Exposure to the real estate industry in an Administration / Sales OR High-level Executive Assistant experience
  • Highly organised and with strong attention to detail
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (Not Essential but must be willing to obtain)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (Essential)
  • Passion for real estate, and desire to succeed
