The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join us on-site at Sydney Olympic Park to ensure seamless office operations and provide top-tier support to our executive team. This is a hybrid role combining operational oversight with high-level executive support in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Office Management
Run day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and facilities management.
Manage security procedures, access control, and compliance.
Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and logistics with a focus on efficiency and security.
Facilitate onboarding/offboarding in collaboration with HR and IT.
Plan and organise company events and manage special projects as assigned.
Executive Support
Manage calendars, travel, and meetings for executive leadership.
Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports—often involving sensitive or proprietary data.
Serve as gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external communications.
Support executive planning, board meetings, and key milestone reviews.
Provide other administrative support as required.
What You Bring
A depth of experience in office management and/or executive assistance, preferably in aerospace, defense, or a government-regulated environment.
Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Australian Citizenship required (due to export control and security requirements).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SharePoint, Teams, Concur, or similar tools.
