About the Role
You are part of a dynamic care and well-being team that is central to the creation of a vibrant Scalabrini village community. Reporting into the Wellbeing Coordinator, you work in a close-knit team that is responsible for assisting with activities and events that promote well-being, affirm the individuality of all residents and enhance connection between residents, families, staff, volunteers, and the broader community. You celebrate and share cultural diversity, and you embrace innovation to enhance the quality and efficacy of well-being programs.
About You
You hold a Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy, or equivalent
You have a Unit of competency HLTAID003 (Apply First Aid)
You have a demonstrated knowledge of the aged care industry and person-centred care
Demonstrated knowledge of dementia care
You are pro-active and creative in your approach; considering our residents and their needs into consideration.
Ability to speak other languages is desirable (but not required)
