About the Role:

This is an ideal role for those wanting short but regular hours, assisting elderly clients with duties in their home. Would suit those wanting flexibility to work within school hours, whilst studying, re-entering the workforce, or just for a little extra income.

The role is to provide a variety care service and support to clients in their homes by providing duties such as:

Meal preparation (not complete food service)

Light house cleaning

Dishwashing

Clothes and linen, washing and ironing

Bed making

Internal window cleaning

Unaccompanied shopping & bill paying

Unescorted shopping

Clients like routine and get comfort out of seeing the same people at the same time, so you will be assigned specific clients, and providing the services at the same time either on a weekly or fortnightly rotation. Reliability is KEY.

You will be travelling to a specified areas and visiting 1- 4 clients a day to support them. You must have your own dependable and fully insured car and a valid full driver’s license with a of knowledge of local areas.

About you:

Have a minimum of 3 months experience in domestic/commercial cleaning.

Flexible shifts available between 8 am to 4 pm.

Have a passion for caring for others.

Be professional, polite, and honest.

Able to work independently and be dependable, punctual, and efficient.

Capacity to perform home care tasks satisfactorily and within guidelines.

Ability to follow a care plan and task list for each client.

Australian Criminal History Check no more than 3 months old.

Proof of Vaccination

Full drivers’ license and reliable car
