Duties include but are not limited to:
Undertake preparation, cooking and presentation of a range of hot and cold food items for large numbers daily and in advance
Assist the Convenor in the management of the day-to-day operation of the Pantry including menu planning and costing, ordering of stock and supervision of volunteers.
Ensure the daily cleaning and tidying of Pantry area after service times and before close of day
Undertake cash register operation at service times when required
Willingness to assist with barista work if required (training provided)
Minimum knowledge, abilities and skills are:
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain
High standard of food hygiene and cleanliness
Competent food preparation and cooking skills for large numbers
Broad knowledge of wholesome foods for young teenagers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
All staff are required to hold a current Working With Children Check (blue card) before commencing at the College.
