This is a broad and impactful generalist Human Resources role. You will undertake a variety of HR operational and procedural activities in accordance with policy and legislative framework.
• Provide accurate, timely and authoritative advice, reports, procedures and documentation on a broad range of current and emerging human resource
programs.
• Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with work colleagues, senior management, internal and external clients, valuing diversity and treating people with respect and dignity.
• Ensure human resource activities align with policy and guidelines, and support achievement of business objectives.
• Explore innovative human resource practices, including performing research and analysis using human resource information and systems, identifying issues and trends and escalating for management team consideration.
• Undertake reviews, audits and projects that contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of policies, practices and strategies, including
generating options, recommendations and producing report documentation within agreed timeframes.
• Contribute to and support the range of HR operations, processes, activities and deliverables.
• Support and facilitate workforce initiatives approved by the management team.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and continue personal and professional development.
You can work from either our Brisbane City or Longreach Office.
