About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to manage a portfolio and grow their career within a supportive and dynamic team. You’ll be the key contact for tenants and rental providers, managing properties end-to-end and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and rental providers

Manage the full leasing lifecycle: entry, routine, and exit reports using PropertyMe

Conduct open homes and private inspections (including Saturdays)

Coordinate lease renewals, rental increases, and maintenance requests

Liaise with clients and resolve issues efficiently and professionally

Process tenancy applications and related documentation

Keep up to date with market trends and provide feedback to the team

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 6 months of experience in property management

Knowledge of PropertyMe or similar property management software

Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)

Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Valid police check

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organised, reliable, and proactive with a professional attitude
