Property Manager - Brunswick

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join a well-established, high-performing real estate agency.

Working in a brand new, modern, clean and friendly high end office, with 1-2 days work from home, this is a Property Manager role for the elite.

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of residential properties, working closely with landlords and tenants to deliver exceptional service.

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

JOB DUTIES:
- Processing lease applicants (once screened by leasing consultant) finalising condition reports
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, with admin support
- Inspections if any associated with portfolio (Field Inspections Manager support to help you with routines etc)
- Managing clientele communication for your own portfolio of 200 properties

Using PropertyMe systems, with no rostered weekends (as you have leasing support) this role is available only due to growth in the company and not having enough PM's to cover the portfolio.

- 1st Year Salary of $85-90,000 + Super + Commissions + Phone & Laptop Provided (With commissions)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, high end portfolio)
- Well presented and spoken skills
