Carmichael Ford Ayr is looking for an experienced customer service representative to take care of our clients on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will have a track record of excellent customer service, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to make decisions and be able to work as part of a team to achieve leading customer service ratings. General mechanical understanding is an advantage, with experience working in a new vehicle dealership environment desirable.
