Your Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your days will be full of variety, problem-solving, and connection as you keep the wheels turning for customers and internal teams alike. Your duties will include the following.
- Manage positive communication with customers regarding engine part repairs, sales and servicing from start to finish, providing regular progress updates.
- Support the preparation and management of estimates, invoices, and sales-related documentation.
- Assist in financial analysis and cost tracking to support business decisions.
- Manage warranty processes and related administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce reports and performance reviews.
- Contribute to the coordination of parts sales, repairs, and customer support activities.
- Serve as a primary contact for customer and internal inquiries.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date digital records and documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor departmental performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide general support to ensure smooth daily operations of the department.
Your Profile
As a natural communicator with a proactive spirit and proven experience in customer service with keen attention to detail and exceptional estimating, costing and invoicing experience you will thrive in this position. With exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise consistently throughout your day, you will keep everything running smoothly for the team.
Ideally you will have
- a background in procurement within aerospace, defense, or engineering industries
- a customer first mindset, strong attention to detail and technical learning ability
- exceptional problem-solving skills
- intermediate to advanced MS Excel and office skills
- a team player attitude
