About Us KNOX ONE PTY LTD is a fast-growing Australian-owned company, offering multiple product lines under different brands. Verdecor, its signature panel brand, focuses on premium decorative MDF and particleboard products.
With increasing market demand and new product lines launching, we are expanding our business development team and seeking two talented and driven Business Development Managers to join our Melbourne-based operations.
BDM – Cabinetry Channel
Focus: B2B clients such as cabinet makers, builders, and joinery manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and convert new B2B customers within the cabinetry and fit-out industry
Present Verdecor collections through face-to-face visits and sample delivery
Follow up on leads, provide quotes, and manage the order lifecycle
Assist clients with product selection based on project needs
Ensure clients have ongoing access to samples, updates, and price support
Collaborate with internal teams on logistics, stock, and service
Report sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM
BDM – Specification & Design Channel
Focus: Designers, architects, developers, and commercial project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with design studios, architecture firms, and specifiers
Promote Verdecor brand and products through presentations and events
Support specification of products into residential and commercial projects
Monitor project progression from design phase through to builder implementation
Coordinate sample requests and technical documents
Represent Verdecor at industry trade shows and design networking events
Work cross-functionally to bridge design intent with sales conversion
About You (for both roles)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales (cabinetry, interiors, or building products)
Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Comfortable managing your own schedule and client visits
Passionate about design, materials, and client service
Fluent in English, written and verbal
Valid Australian driver’s licence required
