Based in buzzing Surry Hills, Sydney, they are searching for a National Account Manager to take their presence in independent grocery, distributor, and petrol & convenience (P&C) channels to the next level. If you’ve cut your teeth at similar challenger FMCG brands, and you’re ready to step up and lead national growth – this could be your next big move!

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow key accounts across independent grocery (Metcash / MSO groups), distributor partners, and P&C channels nationwide, building strong win-win relationships.
  • Develop and execute account plans and joint business plans that drive sales growth, maximize shelf presence, and boost brand visibility.
  • Negotiate and manage promotions, new product launches and activations, ensuring our clients products shine in-store (and fly off the shelves).
  • Collaborate internally with marketing, supply chain and category teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and consistent supply for your customers.
  • Identify new opportunities by keeping a finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor activity, helping us stay one step ahead and smash our targets.

About You

  • Experienced FMCG account manager – you have a strong track record (5+ years) managing key or national accounts in the consumer goods space.
  • Channel expertise – proven success driving growth in independent grocery (Metcash, MSO groups), through distributor partners, and within petrol & convenience channels.
  • Commercially savvy – sharp with numbers and strategy. You can analyze sales data, negotiate deals and make decisions that improve the bottom line.
  • Confident communicator – a persuasive presenter who can tell a brand’s story and build buy-in at all levels, from store managers to senior execs.
  • Relationship builder – people describe you as personable and trustworthy. You know how to foster long-term partnerships and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to get results.
  • Passionate & proactive – you love the idea of working for a health-driven brand and take initiative to make things happen.
