About the opportunity

We opened our doors at City Cave Bondi Junction in 2023 and due to ongoing strong growth have various new opportunities available.

The role will suit people who love supporting guests through exceptional sales and service, ensuring the best City Cave experience.

Float Attendant;

• Face to face and phone based guest service and sales
• Overall operational control and performance of the Centre
• Retail merchandising and sales
• Complete daily and weekly reporting
• Administration and Diary Management
• Water chemistry, testing/treatment
• Respond to all guest feedback and enquiries promptly
• Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity
• Ensure that dress standards are maintained by all staff in the Cave
• Assist with Social Media Content
• Health Fund Receipting
• Maintain sales targets & customer satisfaction goals

About you

• Positive can do attitude
• Strong work ethic, punctual and reliable
• Clean and tidy appearance.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines, often fast paced environment
• Responsible and organised
• a strong interest in health/wellness lifestyle

We're open until 9 pm 7 days per week so the ability to work some evenings and weekends is a requirement.
