About the Role

As a key member of our front-of-house team, your daily responsibilities will include:

Greeting and checking in members with warmth and professionalism

Handling phone and email inquiries in a timely and helpful manner

Processing memberships and payments with accuracy

Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe club environment — including the reception area, gym floor, and amenities

Promoting Ironforge services, products, and member benefits

Creating a positive, fun, and inclusive club culture for all

Leading front desk operations, including outreach, lead generation, appointment bookings, walk-ins, and full membership sign-up process

Who You Are

You have lawful working rights in Australia

You bring customer service experience (ideally in fitness or retail)

You’re confident with basic computer systems and multitasking

You’re a people person with strong communication and organizational skills

You enjoy working in a team but are also independent and self-driven

You’re passionate about health, fitness, and helping others succeed
