Are you detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in administration within a manufacturing or industrial environment? Our client is seeking a Welding & Inspection Administration Officer to manage critical documentation and quality records from their office in Acacia Ridge.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain detailed weld traceability and inspection documentation
• Support quality inspections and track corrective actions
• Manage general assembly documentation and MDRs
• Liaise with engineers and QA teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare reports and keep records aligned with industry standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years in an admin role (ideally in welding/manufacturing/QA)
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A passion for structure, compliance, and quality
