We're seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our growing team and take the reins on-site across a variety of retaining wall projects.

At Australian Retaining Solutions, we specialise in engineered retaining wall construction—nothing else. That means our focus is quality, structure, and long-lasting results. If you're confident working with concrete sleepers, sandstone blocks, and link walls, and you're ready to lead from the front, we want to hear from you.

This Role includes travel throughout ACT + NSW (LAFHA)

The Role:

Manage day-to-day operations on-site for retaining wall builds

Read and work off plans, engineering drawings, and set-out specs

Lead a small team and coordinate subcontractors as needed

Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and workmanship

Communicate effectively with management, clients, and suppliers

Keep projects moving efficiently with minimal supervision
