We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Project Leading Hand to join our team.

The Opportunity:
Precision Laser Cleaning have a pivotal opportunity for a hands on, physically capable, organised, and accountable Site Coordinator / Project Leading Hand. This is a newly created opportunity to join PLC as we continue to grow and take on more major projects. The position will be responsible for running a small team of laser operators at project sites, attending to site safety, inductions, project variations, quality, deadlines, customer site liaison and achievement of project deliverables (quaqlity, time, cost). You will be proactive, take pride in your work, thrive working autonomously and are an initiative-taking, upbeat collaborator, and communicator. You will have access to the most up to date and world leading technology as a trained laser operator as this is a very hands on active role.

We will guide you and develop your knowledge, skills, and experience in:
- Laser Ablation Technology
- Lead Paint Removal
- Rust/corrosion/oxide removal
- Energy, defence, marine, infrastructure and heritage industry
- Insurance restoration
- Project Coordination / Scoping / Variations
We Need:
- Ability to lead and motivate small team
- Physical capability with a positive can-do attitude
- Must be available and willing to travel and work remotely on projects wherever they are in Australia or abroad
- Safety conscientious, familiar with SWMS, JSA's, risk assessments, incident reporting / investigation, and facilitating safety and toolbox communication
- Reliability and the desire to learn
- Driven outgoing personality
- An interest in innovative technology
- Background in hands-on, physically demanding roles
- Desirable experience: Cleaning/Construction/Painting/Welding/Restoration
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Desire to go above & beyond to deliver exceptional service and results
- Experienced in site Safety coordination and highly conscientious
- Ability to work autonomously & collaboratively
- Ability to manage competing priorities in secluded and at times, high-pressure environment
- Quality and outcome focused with strict attention to detail
- Professionalism, initiative-taking nature & excellent work ethic
- Technically competent / proficient, intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Be able to work away from home on interstate projects as required.
- A genuine interest in engineering, construction or manufacturing, and strong mechanical aptitude is necessary
- Forklift licence and Construction induction would be ideal.
