Leading Hand Requirements:

- Minimum 7 Years Industry Experience: Proven background in civil construction and earthworks.

- Project Coordination: Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision.

- Plant Operation: Safe and efficient handling of civil construction equipment.

- Plans & Drawings: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents.

- GPS & Laser Levels: Familiarity with GPS technology and using laser levels.

- Documentation Skills: Complete necessary documentation including daily logs, project reconciliation, and OHS requirements.

Must Demonstrate:

- Current Victorian Drivers Licence: Reliable transport is essential.

- Construction Induction (White Card): Compliance with industry safety standards.

- Integrated Management System Commitment: Ability to adhere to quality, OHS, and environmental requirements.

- Problem-Solving Abilities: Identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.

- Team Player with a ‘Can Do’ Attitude: Contribute positively to team dynamics.

- Hazard Reporting: Proactively identify and report hazards in the work environment.
