About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to formally evaluate the implementation of existing and new models of care, specifically in the Emergency Department (ED).
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Undertake all work deliverables to the highest standard and ensure all work outputs adhere to internal quality assurance models, frameworks and requirements.
- Develop and implement departmental program “project logic” for clinical redesign by analysing and reporting on performance indicators relating to the departmental clinical redesign. Review scientific literature to support clinical redesign activities within the Emergency and Trauma Centre (ETC).
- Apply high level knowledge and skills in communication and change management particularly in relation to quality improvement methodologies.
- Monitor and investigate processes affecting efficient operations of services and make recommendations to the Emergency and Trauma Centre leadership team on findings to ensure positive outcomes.
