The Role
I am partnering with a well-established, privately owned commercial building company that specialises in Education, Government, Industrial and Commercial projects from $20M.

Your initial project is either a Community housing project South of Brisbane, or an Industrial new build project - both are circa $25M.

You will be managing the entire site till project completion, working alongside a highly experienced Project Manager and Contract Administrator. You will be responsible for site safety, overseeing subbies and trades on site and overall site management/ maintenance.

About You

• Min. 5 years in a Site Manager role with other Tier 2 or 3 commercial construction companies
• Experience across Education, Government, Industrial or Commercial D&C projects from $15M
• Proven tenure in your past roles
