Your New Role
As Project Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the delivery of commercial D&C projects valued up to $10M. You’ll manage the project lifecycle from design coordination and procurement through to delivery, handover, and final account. Projects will primarily be in the education sector, requiring careful planning, clear communication, and attention to detail. You’ll be supported by an experienced site team and office staff, and you’ll be trusted to manage your work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 3–5 years’ proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction space
• Experience delivering D&C projects up to $10M, ideally in education or similar sectors
• Strong understanding of contracts, construction methodology, and project scheduling
• Experience with ECI and Cost Plus will be an advantage
• Procore experience highly regarded
• Strong tenure in previous roles, showing commitment and consistency
• Confident communicator with excellent client management skills
• Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management
