Mortgage Brokerage Assistant – Part-Time & Flexible Hours (Work from Home)

Join our small, high-performing (BUT also super casual and friendly - not corporate at all) mortgage broking team and help us deliver outstanding service to homebuyers and investors across Australia. We're looking for a detail-oriented, experienced assistant who’s ready to hit the ground running.

✅ About the Role

This is a part-time, flexible position (approx. 20 hours/week) that can fit within school hours and be worked remotely from home (or you're welcome to come into the office in West Leederville - the team comes in every Tuessday!).

A laptop and equipment will be provided.

Start date: Early June 2025

Your day-to-day will include:

Liaising with lenders, real estate agents, conveyancers, and clients

Organising loan settlements

Managing and sending annual review emails

Assisting brokers with loan administration and follow-ups

Supporting clients through the home loan journey

🔍 About You

You might be returning to the workforce or looking to balance work with family life. Either way, you’ll bring:

Home loan or residential lending experience (banking or broking)

Great communication and time management skills

A proactive, can-do attitude

Experience with Mercury (Connective) software is a bonus
