Our client seeks a proactive Office Administrator for a three-month contract to ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of their office. This role encompasses providing administrative and project support, managing building maintenance, and serving as the initial point of contact for office and project-related inquiries, including site support tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct and/or facilitate inspections/calibrations under the guidance of the HSE Manager
• Obtain quotes/raise purchase orders for projects and general office supplies
• Prepare, organise and distribute all necessary project materials
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Assist with project mobilisations and start ups
• Logistics coordination
• Overseeing vehicle maintenance and site specifications
• Assist in the onboarding of employees, including ordering and ensuring personnel have correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Oversee Test and tag new equipment and tools as required
• Maintain office supplies and kitchen stock
• Provide general office support such as answering incoming calls, taking messages-directing messages and welcoming visitors
Qualifications & skills required
• Driver’s License
• Proficiency in MS Office
