Are you a friendly, organised, and reliable individual with a passion for helping people? PainAid Specialists is seeking a motivated Receptionist to join our growing multidisciplinary pain clinic team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and an essential part of delivering compassionate, efficient care.

About the Role:

Casual position with flexible shifts across our Liverpool and Kogarah offices

$32 per hour

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Greeting patients and managing front desk operations

Booking appointments and managing clinician schedules

Answering phone and email enquiries

Processing payments and Medicare claims

General administrative support to clinical staff

What We're Looking For:

Previous medical reception or administrative experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using medical practice software (e.g., Best Practice or similar)

Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work independently

A caring and empathetic attitude towards patients
