Senior Business Analyst

• $125,000-$140,000 + Super
• Strong modelling experience and knowledge of Power BI essential
• Full-time, permanent role

You’ll be working closely with the Head of FP&A, playing a key role in turning insights into action. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll help drive performance, support strategic decisions, and lift the way data is used across the business. This role goes beyond just reporting — you’ll have the chance to improve how analytics is done across the business, working in a tight-knit team where your input actually makes a difference.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Build and maintain high-impact dashboards and reports with Power BI and other leading tools
• Own forecasting models and support the financial planning cycle
• Partner with Finance & Operations to define and enhance performance metrics that matter
• Deliver deep-dive analytics and scenario modelling to guide leadership decision-making

What Makes You a Great Fit:
• 5+ years of analytical experience in large-scale or international settings
• CA or CPA qualified, with a solid grasp of financial and operational performance
• Proven expertise in Power BI, SAP, and advanced Excel modelling
• Confident communicator who can make data meaningful to any audience
