As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business solutions and shaping the future of the organisation.

* Analyse and interpret complex business requirements and processes
* Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project objectives are met
* Develop technical solutions to business problems
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the business
* Provide expert advice on technical matters relating to business analysis
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

What you bring:

* Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
* 5-8 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in an IT or software development environment.
* Experience working with Jira (Workflows, Dashboards) and confluence.
* Ability to analyse complex data and produce clear insights
* Understating of APIs, system integration and data structures.
* Experience in building PowerBI reports is desired.
* Nice to have would be Retail industry experience
