As part of its continued growth, the business is seeking a commercially minded and driven sales professional. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on consultative selling, enjoys solving customer challenges, and is passionate about building lasting relationships in the construction and design industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage strong relationships with resellers, architects, designers, and builders across the commercial sector.
Drive business growth through the identification and conversion of new sales opportunities.
Nurture and expand existing accounts through tailored service and solutions.
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows.
Stay current with market trends and customer needs to provide expert product and industry insight.
Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, marketing, logistics, and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Skills & Knowledge Required
Demonstrated track record in B2B sales, ideally within manufactured goods or building-related products.
Experience selling to or working closely with resellers, architects, designers, and/or builders.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess client needs and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A relationship-focused sales approach with a passion for driving results.

Salary & Benefits
Base salary: $85,000 – $100,000 + Super + Commission
Company Car or Car Allowance
