About the role
South West Healthcare's (SWH) Warrnambool Mental Health and Wellbeing Service is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and reliable Administrative Support Officer to join our team in a casual capacity.
In this dynamic and people-focused role, you will play a vital part in the day-to-day operations of our service. As the first point of contact for consumers and their families, your professionalism and compassion will help create a welcoming and efficient environment. You will provide high-quality clerical, reception, and administrative support to our multidisciplinary team, contributing to the smooth and effective running of the service.
Position Details:
- Casual position
- Located at our Warrnambool Campus
- Administrative Grade 2
- $45.72 per hour, including casual loading
What you bring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various computer skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- High level of accountability and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to liaise with management and staff
- Capacity to prioritise and manage competing tasks in a busy environment
- Experience with medical records (preferred, not essential)
- Office Administration qualifications (minimum Certificate 3 or equivalent) (preferred, not essential)
