Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join a leading insurance firm to start ASAP for a 6-month assignment.

πŸ” About the Role:
As a Legal Secretary, you will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support within the insurance sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in a reputable organisation.

πŸ“ Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
  • File management (electronic and hard copy) and document control
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
  • General administrative support as required

βœ… About You:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within insurance or litigation
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
  • Excellent typing speed and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills

This position will be Fortitude Valley based, between 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Above award rates offered in line with experience.
