We are looking for proactive and tech-savvy legal support professionals with experience in billing, diary management, and file management to help with the practice's day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will vary daily and may include:
- Managing diaries and files
- Answering phone calls, handling emails, and other correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and organising meetings
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing briefs for court
- Billing
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in legal support, demonstrating a strong understanding of legal procedures and the ability to manage multiple tasks precisely. You should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients and legal professionals regularly. Proficiency in legal software and systems is highly desirable, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies. Additionally, you must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, in the office, fully committed to contributing to the success of the legal team.
Please note that it is essential you are available to commence immediately and be available full-time. This will also work well for working holiday visa candidates that has experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
