We are looking for a personable, engaging Systems Support Engineer who is able to provide great customer service and troubleshoot interesting IT issues. Therefore, our ideal candidate will have impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, be process driven, the ability to troubleshoot escalated IT issues and recommend IT solutions.

The Role:
As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for handling escalated IT issues from Level 1 or 2, improving the providing recommendation to the IT environment and contributing to providing an amazing customer experience. You will be an integral part of the team, participating in weekly meetings, sharing technical knowledge and helping improve the team's knowledge.
You are process driven, ensuring that the right procedures and ticketing systems are followed. Our team will look up to your experience and the customers will value your advice.
You will be part of a team that is working towards operation maturity and will bear witness to a growing business.
To be successful you must have:
A minimum of 5 years of Systems Engineer Role
Experience in the Managed Services Industry
Experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows Server, Azure and Office 365
Strong networking skills - switches, routing VLAN and WIFI
Security - Firewall, Application Control and Essential 8 related controls
Be able to work in a fast-paced, adaptive environment
Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident
Must have a driver's license
