About the role

Join our Digital Projects Branch and play a key role in supporting the delivery of innovative digital initiatives across the entire project lifecycle, from inception through to benefits realisation and close-out. This role supports projects involving technology (ICT/OT) and business transformation, contributing to the expansion, renewal, and rectification of PTA assets.

As part of the team, you’ll support both project delivery and portfolio assurance by assisting with a wide range of project activities including planning, procurement, financial monitoring, contract management, and performance reporting. You’ll contribute to the operational success of the branch by embedding assurance practices across project lifecycles, driving continuous improvement, supporting policy and documentation development. Working collaboratively with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, you’ll enable projects to be delivered efficiently, transparently and in alignment with PTA’s strategic objectives.

About You!

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Strong understanding of project management principles, with proven experience supporting project delivery and scheduling.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work effectively in teams.

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.

Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and use MS Office and project management tools proficiently.

There is one permanent full-time opportunity available for an immediate start. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies both fixed term and permanent that may arise within the next 12 months.
