PERSOLKELLY is seeking Salesforce CRM Project Manager to join State Government.

Start ASAP until 31st July 2025 (Possibility of extension)

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management and successful implementation of Salesforce CRM software, ensuring alignment with business objectives, strategic goals and outcomes.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include

• Lead the Project: Oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce CRM implementation, aligning delivery with business goals, scope, and timelines.
• Drive Agile Delivery: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep the team focused and on track.
• Be the Key Communicator: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the project team, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Manage Resources: Allocate and monitor internal and external resources to support efficient and timely task completion.
• Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating where necessary to ensure delivery continuity.
• Track and Report Progress: Prepare and present status reports and dashboards to keep leadership informed and engaged.
• Coordinate Vendors: Manage vendor relationships to ensure third-party components are delivered to the highest standard.
