We are currently seeking Casual Personal Care Assistant and Support Workers to work with our clients across the mentioned locations. About the Opportunity

Providing care in accordance to resident individualized assessed care needs.

Reporting all incidents and changes in resident behaviour in a timely manner to RNs

Complete all activities related to Residents Care documentation Plans and ensure high compliance with relevant documentation processes

Participate in activities aimed at the continuous improvement of services

About You

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following:

Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care / Disability

Minimum of 6 month's work experience as PCA / DSW within residential aged care, home care

Flexibility and reliability to work required shifts

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff

Strong passion for working with the elderly

Valid police check

Evidence of COVID vaccinations

NDIS worker check and working with children check (Sited & Scanned) we do accept a receipt

Must have a driving license and a car
