Village Baxter's Community Care Team provides personal care and domestic services throughout the Frankston & Mornington Peninsula region. We are seeking to add several casuals to our team of dedicated direct care workers.

Successful applicants will have a strong desire to help others, the ability to work autonomously, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a commitment to excellence in the provision of care.

Experience in a Homecare, Aged Care or Disability services environment will be strongly regarded, and we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with capacity to work outside of school hours, including later in the afternoon and on weekends.

Pays are processed weekly, and salary packaging arrangements enable staff to boost their take home pay. We pay travel time between clients as well as an allowance for kilometres travelled between clients.
