Architectural Sales Representative
Location: Melbourne, Victoria
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 + Super + Car Allowance + ToT + Bonuses.
Projects: Mid-to-High-End Spec Residential & Commercial

This on-road role offers a fantastic platform to continue building on your career, personal brand and reputation in the [Architectural] Tile / Stone industry working for one of Australia's most well-known companies.

Important Elements of Your New Role

• Hunt new business opportunities: Actively seek and secure new clients across Builders, Architects + Designers (A+D), and Stonemasons.
• Strengthen relationships with stakeholders: Build deeper connections with existing clients and uncover future project opportunities.
• Consult and advise: Use your industry knowledge to provide solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Who We're Looking For in General
We’re looking for a driven, successful and hungry Sales professional who embodies a growth mindset—someone who deeply understands the tile and stone industry and its market dynamics, while staying ahead of the curve to what's happening/coming next.

• Know your numbers.* Proven sales success and history in the tile/stone industry.

Essential Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the tile/stone industry.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current industry regulations, guidelines, and standards.
• Deep understanding of tile and stone products and their applications.
• Exceptional consulting and communication skills to engage diverse clients effectively.
• Solution-selling expertise to achieve optimal project outcomes.
