ABOUT THE ROLE
This dynamic, customer-facing role is all about impact, connecting chefs, kitchen operators, and hospitality professionals with the equipment they need to perform at their best. Whether it’s a new kitchen fit-out or a time-critical upgrade, you’ll provide solutions that combine product expertise with an understanding of operational challenges.

Engage directly with clients in hospitality, catering, and foodservice industries.

Drive sales across a broad, high-quality portfolio of kitchen equipment and appliances.

Provide consultative, solutions-focused advice based on customer needs and space functionality.

Maintain and grow long-term relationships through proactive service and industry insight.

Stay current with new product innovations, industry trends, and client feedback to tailor your approach.

ABOUT YOU
You’re an energetic and commercially minded professional with a natural flair for connecting with people and understanding what makes kitchens tick. Whether speaking to a chef, a venue manager, or a procurement officer, you inspire confidence through your knowledge, service-first mindset, and genuine enthusiasm for the industry.

You have experience in B2B sales, ideally within the hospitality, retail, or commercial equipment space.

You’re a natural relationship builder who listens first and sells with purpose.

You thrive in a fast-paced, product-rich environment where detail and delivery matter.

You have a strong appreciation for the demands of the hospitality sector.

You're motivated by targets, but driven by helping customers succeed.

SALARY & BENEFITS

$90,000 to $110,000 Base + Super + Car + Comms
