Join a high-performing sales team based in the stunning Whitsundays. As a Sales Trainee, you’ll be paired “Padawan-style” with a senior sales lead — driving, assisting, and learning the ins and outs of client consultations across the region.

This is a structured 18-month development pathway, progressing from:

Assistant

Lead Generator

Appointment Setter

Full Sales Professional

You’ll earn $700/week (contract basis) to start, with incentives and fast growth potential.
