Now, we’re looking for our next Sales Superstar to join a down-to-earth, high-performing team that knows how to work hard, hit targets, and celebrate wins (BBQs included).
Your Role:
Are you sales-focused, proactive, and love the thrill of a closed deal? This is a role for someone who’s energised by conversations, motivated by performance, and thrives in a structured but fun team environment. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, helping new and existing customers protect their homes through tailored solutions.
You'll be part of sales-driven team, and we need people who aren’t afraid to pick up the phone, ask the right questions, and educate customers into the right solutions.
You’ll thrive here if you:

- Love making outbound calls and following up with lapsed clients
- Know how to listen actively and uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Your Job Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ calls per day, mixing inbound and outbound leads
- R-engage lapsed clients
- Update CRM (Microsoft Dynamix 365)
- Customer Care and provide solutions to any issues
- Deal with email enquiries
- Follow up correspondence
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner
- Log customer details accurately to ensure smooth technician handover
- Be part of a tight-knit team that’s shifting to a proactive sales culture

- $60K–$65K + Super depending on experience commencing on a 3 month temporary to permanent basis
