The Role: In-Home Sales with Uncapped Potential This is a flexible, commission-only role focused entirely on in-home consultations. We provide high-quality leads from digital campaigns and referrals—you bring the energy and the close.

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing qualified inbound leads and booking in-home appointments

Meeting with homeowners face-to-face to assess needs and provide tailored solar solutions

Creating and presenting quotes using OpenSolar

Educating customers on the benefits of our products and closing sales

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience in solar or residential energy sales is essential

Proficiency in OpenSolar or Pylon software

Strong in-person communication and closing skills
