About the role

Refresh Oil Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Rocklea, Queensland. This is a full-time opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing company. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new sales leads to increase our client base, building strong relationships with existing and new customers, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Prospecting and generating new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities

Scheduling and conducting sales meetings and presentations to pitch our products and services

Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals

Providing excellent customer service and support to maintain and grow existing accounts

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales or consultative role, preferably within the sales industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets

Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs
