The Role
Working alongside the Head of P&C, this is a HRBP role who can assist as a generalist and who can also deliver on key projects on TA and mobility. Developing a recruitment strategy and key policies, managing their panel relationships, developing a talent pipeline, establishing key metrics for recruitment, ensuring international mobility is managed well and participating in wellbeing committee contributing to strategies and programs towards a positive workplace culture. Salary circa $150k pkg plus bonus.
About You.
HR Credentialed and with generalist HR experience, you are able to demonstrate your prior experience in all aspects of recruitment and talent strategy. You have also previously worked with international mobility and understand the requirements for business compliance.
A people person with outstanding communication skills, you are highly organised, able to flex with business needs and can work well autonomously and as part of teams within the business. Systems literate and always with a focus on quality outcomes, you are proactive and high performing and enjoy working with likeminded people.
